The IL-2 summer sale is on!

The sale offers up some great options including Battle of Bodenplatte and Flying Circus at 50% off making for some good value for the money there. And then of course the earlier versions of the series including Battle of Kuban, Moscow, and Stalingrad which are great value for the money at 75% off. Collector Planes are also 75% off which might be enticing enough to pick up a few extras there too.

    The standard version of BoK on sale for about $12 still strikes me as one of the best deals ever in flightsims. Six(?) good planes and an excellent map. It’s a great deal.

      In comparison, I think FC’s pricing (and sales) could be a little more aggressive. I understand Jason’s frustration, but when people compare the content of BoK and other Great Battles titles, it stands little chance, even though it’s also a promising franchise.

    Was just about to check. Eight planes(!) and a first rate map… for $12. Yep, that’s the Gold Standard of great deals.

    I might buy something. Maybe pre-order the Hurricane.
