The folks at TorqueSim have just announced the release of their X-Plane 12 upgrades for their SR20 and SR22 line-up.

Upgraded for 12

In a blog entry published today, TorqueSim have announced a significant upgrade for their SR20 and SR22 customers with X-Plane 12 support and new features to boot. These updates apply the following four aircraft:

• Take Command! SR22 G1000 Series
• Take Command! SR20 G1000
• Take Command! SR22 Entegra Series
• Take Command! SR20 Entegra

All of these have been upgraded to version 2.0.0 and they sport new features including full optimization for X-Plane 12. That includes a revamped 3D model, with new animations and textures optimized for the latest X-Plane. Updated FMOD sounds are also part of the package with support for the newer XP12 FMOD implementation. For Entegra avionics users, the avionics system has been updated to handle X-Plane navigation and airport formats with X-Plane 12.

There are also several dozen bugs that have been fixed on the product.
