The DCS World ‘Halloween sale’ has just kicked off with discounts across the board on most modules. Most aircraft are on at a 50% off discount with more recent releases getting somewhat less and a few developers aren’t participating in this current sale. Here are the details.
Spooky sales
It’s that time of year again where we’re coming up on the end of October and the Halloween season in some countries around the world. The DCS World Halloween sale gives us some nice discounts during the spooky season. The sale runs from now until the 5th of November at 23:59 GMT on the DCS e-Shop. A Steam Sale hasn’t been announced yet, however, one is potentially coming up in 5 days.
Let’s have a look at what is on and not on sale. Most modules not mentioned below are on for 50% off which is generally a pretty good deal on most DCS modules. There are some that are available or less or not on sale at all.
The F-16C, F/A-18C, JF-17, Spitfire IX, F-14, AH-64D, Black Shark 3, and Mi-24P Hind are all on sale for 30% off. These are typically on sale for with this smaller discount. Most campaigns are also on sale for 25-30% off.
Meanwhile, some other modules are not on sale including the AV-8B, F-15E, M-2000C, MiG-19P and Mirage F1. Normandy 2.0, Sinai, South Atlantic and Syria are all also not on sale during this particular discount.
The MB-339 doesn’t frequently go on sale but this time is available at 20% off.
