Fenix Simulations A320ceo for Microsoft Flight Simulator is currently selling at a reduced price thanks to a 20% flash sale. That’s not all because we’ve got a great status update on the latest efforts by the team to release the upcoming A319 and A321. Let’s have a look!
Sale and update information
A 20% discount is in place until Wednesday for Fenix Simulation’s well regarded A320ceo for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The base package that’s on sale includes four versions of the aircraft with the CFM and IAE engine options with conventional wings or the same engine aircraft with the sharklet wingtips which is coming later this year. Until Wednesday, the base package of the aircraft will be available for £39.99 through their webstore.
An expansion package is planned for release later in the year adding the A319 and A321. Fenix Simulations reports that these are about to enter beta testing. A very good sign for those waiting anxiously for the release.
Meanwhile, the latest news indicates that development is progressing well on a series of other updates for the product. One of the key areas is performance and optimization with Fenix reporting that they’ve taken optimization about as far as they can right now with future plans to rewrite some code and gain further improvements later on down the line.
Work is also happening on ground effect modeling as well as re-tuning the ground friction system with the improvements that are being added as part of Sim Update 15.
