Both Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane 12 are due to receive Boeing 777 airliners in the near future as developer FlightFactor report that their 777 project is heading into testing now. Here’s the latest.
777 screenshots and features

FlightFactor have recently released four new screenshots and some new information surrounding their plans for testing. A closed alpha testing process is currently gearing up according to their latest update with a select group receiving invitations to test the aircraft. Those invitations were apparently sent out on the 23rd of April so you should know by now if you were on the list.
A public beta test is planned and will apparently feature everything (including VNAV and radar) except for CPDLC (a communications datalink system on the Boeing). Speaking of VNAV, work is apparently ongoing on the feature as of middle of the month. It sounds like alpha testers will help iron out issues with this and other features before a public beta and then final release come.
