Just Flight’s PA-38 Tomahawk is out

The wait for some has been very long but I am happy to report that it is over. Just Flight’s PA-38 Tomahawk has arrived and it brings a charming and classic general aviation icon to Microsoft Flight Simulator.

With 8K PBR textures, interactive pre-flight walkaround, ground services support, Wwise sounds with studio quality recordings, wear and tear modeling, and detailed animations amongst many others, Just Flight’s PA-38 Tomahawk sports a long list of features. In development for a few years by the internal Just Flight team, the project is now ready for the public and has been released.

The aircraft is available for $41.99 USD from the Just Flight store. It’s likely to appear later in the Marketplace as well.

    Looks like another fine bird by JF.

    Gonna skip it as the A2A Comanche has ruined me for anything in the same class.

    Eagerly looking forward to their next mil jet, tho 🙂

    so far I have logged about 6 flight hours in it and for the most part it is a superb aircraft, however I wish they actually added models and animations for a lot of the stuff you do in the walk around when pre flighting the aircraft such as when you check the fuel for contamination or for example when the prop is damaged and it would be a pretty cool touch if they added a first person model of the pilot without the head when you are in the cockpit and headphones you can put on

    Over all it is the perfect trainer plane I have been waiting for as this the kind of aircraft I like to fly in real life except I flew a Cessna 172 skyhawk
