Wrapping up their end of the year updates, Just Flight promised us that they had a little surprised planned. They’ve announced that they are now doing a Learjet 45 for Microsoft Flight Simulator. There’s also got a sale going! Let’s have a look!
Learjet revealed!
Just Flight’s surprise reveal was worth the week long wait as they revealed that their next aircraft project is the Learjet 45. Though we are short on specifics, Just Flight have a reputation for detailed systems, visuals, as well as strong sounds and plenty of extra features so I’m sure their newly announced Learjet is going to be quite an impressive effort.
This announcement smartly connects this new product with the legacy and history of both aviation and Microsoft Flight Simulator. The sim, from FS98 to FSX had a Learjet as part of their default aircraft lineup and it’s become an iconic aircraft in connection with the series. It’s certainly one of the first jets I ever took up in a civil flight simulation and reconnecting with this aircraft is a great move by Just Flight.
Our first image of the jet closely, and smartly, replicates the box art of FSX . See for yourself!

Here’s a little about what they had to say about the project:
Using the latest modelling techniques, paired with the high fidelity systems of our Professional range, the Just Flight LJ45 Professional will take this well-loved private jet to a level not yet seen in any flight simulator.
I’m sure we’ll hear more from the development team for this project over the coming months. Just Flight don’t produce aircraft quickly but they are nearly always worth the wait so I look forward to one day taking the LJ45 Professional up into MSFS!
Christmas sale!
Just Flight have also started some seasonal sales with their Christmas sale now underway. The company is offering up to 50% on select products. Twenty four products from P3D, FSX, X-Plane and modern MSFS are on sale including their F28 Professional and the Black Square – TBM 850.
