We’ve got two updates coming in from Just Flight on upcoming products that you might want to know about. First, we’ve learned that the Fokker F70/F100 project has moved into beta testing. We’ll explore what that means. Then, its the Piper PA-28 series that is soon to move into MSFS 2024 with some enhanced features and we’ve got the full change log for that. Let’s check it all out!
F70/F100 Professional moves to beta

Just Flight are reporting that work on the Fokker F70 and F100 for Microsoft Flight Simulator has hit an important milestone – they are moving into beta testing. Traditionally this means that major development on art, systems and other features is complete and the squashing of bugs (both minor and significant) has begun.
Just Flight are a developer that tend to take their time during the beta testing stage and so this may be longer than some other developers though the results are usually a much more solid product at release time. I suspect the wait will be well worth it based on previous releases.
In their statement, Just Flight themselves have suggested that release is not imminent.
Worth remembering that with such a complex aircraft like this it doesn’t mean the release is imminent. There’s still chunks of work to get through, not to mention the testing, checking, reworking, repeat the cycle etc.
Still, that’s good news for everyone eagerly awaiting launch. The statement has been made in a few locations including on the r/MicrosoftFlightSim group on Reddit.
Over to the PA-28 series

Just Flight have released several aircraft in their PA-28 series including the Arrow III, Turbo Arrow III/IV, and Warrior II. All of these look set to pick up some significant updates including MSFS 2024 support in patch that sounds imminent.
The PA-28 series that Just Flight did were among the earlier medium to high fidelity general aviation types to come to MSFS 2020 and so having them move over to the new sim is welcome. Some of the enhanced features including using the new tire friction system, CFD flight model, adding an updated tablet and tuning the aircraft while fixing a few issues is all very welcome.
I’ve copied the full change log, shared on r/MicrosoftFlightSim below.
