One of the more hotly anticipated airliner projects for Microsoft Flight Simulator right now is the BlueBlird Simulations 757 project. In development for years, the project is now approaching beta testing and the team are starting to get ready to show it off at FSExpo and announce pricing. Let’s have a look!
Newest screenshots, pricing and beta talk

Wherever you go in the flight sim community, there’s quite a bit of anticipation for the work that BlueBird Simulations is doing. The company hasn’t yet released anything under their banner but with veteran sim developers in their team and a goal of producing very high fidelity 757 and 767 releases, there is quite a strong interest.
The latest developer update from the company, a short post made on Facebook, gives us 7 new screenshots shared above while also talking about future plans.
Two key takeaways. First, the project has not yet entered beta testing with systems work still ongoing. Getting everything into testing shape first will be key. Once we do hit beta testing, however, then I think the hype will begin to ramp up as folks hope for release to follow at the conclusion of that stage.
The team are planning to show off a demo at FSExpo 2025 and they are set to announce pricing as well. I would expect, because of the system depth, for this to carry a more premium price but hopefully its not too high as to make it difficult to swallow. A careful balance will be needed. They also say that no release date announcement is to be made just yet.
