Third party Microsoft Flight Simulator developers Got Friends have completed several months worth of work updating their product line to support Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. They are kicking off the occasion with a sale across their product line. Let’s check it all out!
Got updates? Got sale? Got friends!

Big news out of Got Friends as the developers have managed to work their way through nearly every product that the group have released and making them fully compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
This marks a major milestone for our team, for the past year, we’ve been focusing on bringing every project forward into the MSFS 2024 era, improving stability, fixing long-standing quirks, and ensuring each aircraft is fully forward compatible one by one.
Today, we can proudly say that every Got Friends product is now fully forward-compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024!
The news report from the group mentions that there are two items that are not compatible yet: The 40th Anniversary Pack (which add features to several 40th anniversary released aircraft like the DC-3, DHC-2, etc.) and their Avitar series (which adds different pilot models). Everything else from their freeware Fokker Dr. I and Discus-2c Standard to their payware F4F-4 Wildcat, Wilga 35/80 Series, and Gee Bee R3 Special are now 2024 ready.
To celebrate, they are offering a sale of many of their products with discounts across the entire payware line-up. The sale will last until October 30th and you’ll find the discounts available over here on their webstore.
