For those of you waiting for updates to the Black Square analogue series, good news is here with the product pages, prices and discount details for prior owners on the entirely new Professional series by Black Square. These replace the upgrades of 2020 default aircraft with an entirely separate product line. Meanwhile, Just Flight’s in-house development team are unveiling a version 2.2 update for the Fokker F28 Professional with a bunch of new features. Oh… and there’s a sale! Let’s check it out!

F28 cabin updates and new features on the way plus sale

One of my all time MSFS airliner favourites is Just Flight’s retro Fokker F28 and any kind of update to the aircraft will get me (and the aircraft’s fervent fans) excited. We’ve got some reasonably big updates coming to the next version of the aircraft starting with cabin customization. Just Flight report that while their programmer team are busy sorting out the complex operations of the F70/F100 autopilot, the art team are busy doing some F28 updates with these new custom interior liveries. The benefits of doing a retro airliner are the many, varied, and sometimes bold or ostentatious schemes that were in use in the 1960s and 1970s. Check these out!

Other significant updates to the product include MSFS 2024 walkaround features and a new EFB tablet model with window mount option. A full change log is reportedly coming soon.

The update is due next week and Just Flight are planning a 20% off sale to celebrate.

Black Square Baron and Bonanza go professional

Some big news for Black Square fans with word that the developer is closing in on publishing brand new versions of the Baron and Bonanza aircraft. While prior releases were upgrades of preexisting aircraft in MSFS, these new Professional versions are entirely rebuilt and separate from the upgraded MSFS 2020 base aircraft as in the past. These are effectively a new product using the latest technologies, deep systems modeling that the developer is known for and tablet complete with data visualization systems that Black Square has become known for. There are some entirely new features too with the Bonanza Professional adding a turboprop driven variant to the mix as well.

Just Flight report that there will be a 20% discount on offer for owners of the older product, however, these updates won’t be free as the majority of the product is new.

Product pages help fill in the rest of the details. A Baron & Bonanza Professional Bundle is now available for $64.99 USD, while the Bonanza Professional is $44.99 USD, and Baron Professional is also $44.99 USD.
