DCS World campaign maker Sedlo has released several videos over recent weeks talking about his plans for 2026 and beyond with particular focus on his new CF‑18 Cold War Germany campaign for DCS World. Let’s have a look!

New campaign for the (C)F-18!

Sedlo has done some campaigns and training missions for a variety of aircraft before. My all time favourite remains his Eastern Friendship mini-campaign for the DCS: F/-18C set in Georgia. He’s also done Bold Cheeta and a whole bunch of other scenarios. Next up is a Cold War Germany campaign back in the cockpit of the Hornet and using lots of real world operations and, in this case, Cold War operations.

And another video details how to fly the Hornet without GPS as you’ll be flying during a time before that was common.

An even earlier video talks about how to perform pop-up rocket attacks in the Hornet. This is really fun because if you’re used to stand-off weapons, targeting pods, and laser guided weaponry, this is before that was common-place on the jet or in use. This is a lot closer in kind of flying.
