Plans for Sturmovikfest 2021 are coming together as multiple events are lining up throughout the week long virtual festival. Here are some of the latest announcements that you may want to know about.

A wide variety of options

Every night will have a suggested fly-in location featuring a server in the IL-2 multiplayer community. Beyond that, there are plenty of special events going on and they include dogfight tag, a He111 duel with player manned turrets, the return of Combat Box’s Project R racing series with a season 2 event, and a drive-in event on the relatively new Advance and Secure server with a special Tank Crew focus.

Just today, Red Flight, the team behind Combat Box, announced the return of Project R racing with this fun teaser. The racing server will be online throughout the festival and an organized racing event is tentatively scheduled for Friday.

JimTM is once again stepping in to organize another two mass formation fly-in events during the festival as well. These big formation flights were incredibly fun to do last year and were a really great community building event. Find out more about the event and sign-up here.
