Aerobask updates their Lancair Legacy RG for X-Plane 12

They seem to be coming fast and furious now from the folks at Aerobask. The latest airplane to get the X-Plane 12 upgrade is their excellent Lancair Legacy RG.

Upgraded

Everyone who has reviewed the Aerobask Lancair Legacy RG that I’ve watched or read has seemed to love this airplane. This small kit airplane has been recreated by Aerobask together with a whole selection of custom coded avionics including an Avidyne EXP500 EFIS, Avidyne DFC90 autopilot, a J.P. Instruments VM1000C engine management system, and more.

It’s small, fast, and a terrific performer. My full review of the airplane in X-Plane 11 is available here and I came away as glowing as the other reviewers have.

If you already own the product, its a free upgrade and you can go and download the updated version via X-Plane.org right now. If you don’t and you’re thinking of a purchase its available here for $34.95.

Woo Hoo! I bought this back last sale even though I no longer run v11.
Can’t wait to take it out. Between this, the Viper and the Phenom, all I “need” is Thranda to bring their Kodiak or Caravan over to v12. 🙂

Spitfire XIV climb performance in a 200hp kit plane. It’s wild!
