The Flight Simulation Association has announced that FSExpo 2024 will be held in Las Vegas. One of the world’s largest dedicated flight simulation events, FSExpo is returning to Vegas following a community survey that helped determine the final location. Here are some details that you might want to know about.

Back to Vegas!

Key details have been released about next year’s expo event. FlightSimExpo will be held at the Tropicana Las Vegas from June 21 to June 23, 2024. Evan Reiter, FSA co-founder and one of the key organizers of the event is quoted as saying, “The space at Tropicana is perfect for our event, while the destination offers a great backdrop for families, resort-seekers, and those who love gaming and entertainment.”

Previous years have seen the event hosted in Las Vegas, Orlando, San Diego, and Houston and each year has featured vendors and developers offering solutions across a wide variety of sims and hardware configurations.

A 40,000 square foot exhibit hall, developer roundtables, educational seminars and other events are expected to take place during the weekend.

FSA’s Philos Coyle is mentioned in the press release as saying “Save the dates, start thinking of plans, but please don’t lock travel in yet.” The group are in the process of securing airfare and car rental discounts as well as add-on activities on Thursday, Friday and Monday.

The team have already managed to get a $188/night rate including all taxes and resort fees over the course of the three days of the expo.

Read or download the PDF press release below and visit the Flight Sim Association and Flight Sim Expo website for more information. I expect the later website will be updated soon with new information especially as we get closer to December when ticket sales are expected to begin.
