This venerable airplane has a lot of character including in its audio and it looks like Just Flight have pulled out all the stops to make this virtual recreation offer a top notch experience.

If you’ve seen this aircraft in flight, or at an airshow, or watched a video of the Vulcan at an airshow you’ll know that some versions of the aircraft have a very distinctive howl as the engines suck in air from the forward intakes. Its a must have for any Vulcan simulation and Just Flight have it!

I feel it lacks some depth. With the development of modules over the years, with developers trying to push things further, I would expect more immersion at some point. Just close your eyes, listen on headphones and ask yourself where you are and what you are listening to. Yes, I’m picky, I know.

    1. What areas do you think they could add some extra depth? Anything is possible I’m sure.

Echo noise inside the cockpit. Each click should reflect in the somewhat crammed cockpit consisting of metal panels, glass and seats covered by fabric.
Sounds should also be less loud, it’s like having my ear close to the switch.
Also, I am a bit disturbed by bird singing in the cockpit. There are not even trees on the airport, so where are the birds singing from?
But as mentioned, this is high level complaining on my side. What they did well is the animation timing with the sounds.
