Flight sim aircraft developer and artist BlueMesh have released a summer update on what they have been up to. The update teases some future MSFS 2024 and provides an update on their Castel C25S glider. Let’s have a look!
Free glider, Microsoft partnership

Let’s start with the Castel C25S. This French-made two-seat glider/trainer is being brought to Microsoft Flight Simulator with BlueMesh reporting that the 3D model is 90% complete. Additional liveries are planned and the aircraft will reportedly launch later this year for MSFS 2020. The best news yet is that the glider will be provided for free as a thanks for the support over the years. Nice!
The glider is one of 6 aircraft reportedly in development by BlueMesh. While the Castel C25S will release on its own, the rest are being developed directly as a result of a partnership with Microsoft and done for MSFS 2024. No word on what those aircraft are or if they are going to be done for the base package or released post-launch under one of the various aircraft categories.
BlueMesh has been responsible for a variety of aircraft for MSFS including the Latécoère 631, the Wright Flyer, NYP Spirit of Saint Louis, and the Hughes H-4 Hercules.
