The general aviation category has gained a new option for X-Plane 12 pilots with Just Flight and Thranda’s release of the PA-28-161 Warrior II. Here’s what you need to know about the release!

Warrior II comes to X-Plane

The Thranda and Just Flight partnership continues on with the two developers bringing forward Just Flight’s classic general aviation line-up to X-Plane 12. The latest release, focused on the PA-28 Warrior II sports the now usual array of features – 8K textures, PBR materials, EFB tablet with an array of apps for controlling aircraft features, a variety of autopilot options and support for RealityXP’s GTN750 (separately available).

The aircraft has a bunch of X-Plane 12 features with realistic flight dynamics reworked for X-Plane 12, new FMOD sound setup from SimAcoustics, rain effects and more. It also sports Thranda’s Dynamic Livery system so you can create your own livery if you wish. The livery selection of 6 options reflects Warrior II models from Spain, UK, Switzerland, USA and Australia.

Just Flight are selling the aircraft on their webstore for $42.99 USD.

Oh fantastic! I want to get into one of these Just Flight/Thranda aircraft soon. I haven’t picked which one I really want.

I’ve got the Thranda C337 and Thranda C208. The 208 is really good, many features, looks good, nice to fly. I feel the C337 lacks a bit of the quality of the 208. So if you want to spend money on any of these, I’d suggest the 208!
