The latest DCS World update has arrived and it has a major campaign release and a new WWII module coming along in tow. DCS: La-7 has, at long last, released to the community for purchase and so has Cerberus North 2. Let’s take a look at both and at some of the higher highlights of this latest update.

Lavochkin to DCS World

Octopus G has just released DCS: La-7 for DCS World. This late war Russian fighter, powered by a Shvetsov ASh-82FN radial and primarily armed with a pair of ShVAK 20mm cannons, has been in development for the sim for years.

Feature highlights include detailed and fully animated aircraft, interactive clickable cockpit, detailed damage model, historic liveries, air to air and air to ground weapons, and detailed model of the radial engine operation and cooling systems. Instant action and interactive training missions together with a pilot guide ship with the module.

The release is considered early access and there is slight discount being applied right now. When complete, the module will sell for $49.99 USD, however, it is currently available for $10 off.

You can look it up here on the DCS World store.

Cerberus North 2 releases
