A new cinematic video produced by Flight1 Software and video creator Mr Saturday provides a new preview for the Service Pack 1 release of the iFly MAX 8. The update brings new functionality, sounds, and systems to the aircraft. Let’s have a look!
Those waiting for word on what was happening with iFly’s 737 MAX 8 don’t have to wait any longer as the free update for MSFS 2020 and 2024 is “on final approach” with the developer reporting that they are nearly ready to launch.
Some of the new highlights include a much more intuitive iPad style EFB, multiple cabin configurations (including high density -200 option), improved sounds, access panels, service panels, and general bug fixes and quality of life improvements.
The aircraft remains a MSFS 2020 native product with compatibility for 2024. A fully native 2024 option is planned for later along with the MAX 9 and other potential variants after.
