Aircraft developer FSReborn have been revisiting old projects recently and back in August released a MSFS 2024 version of their Sirius TL-3000 ultralight project. Now they’ve got a surprise release of an amphibian variant of the same aircraft. Let’s take a look.

Ultralight floats

Featuring a fancy new trailer from AviationLads, The FSReborn TL3000 Ultralight Floats has just hit the Marketplace for MSFS 2024. The aircraft is available on its own or as part of a bundle pack. Current owners of the TL3000 will reportedly be able to pickup the amphibian variant of the airplane for a substantially discounted price.

Both the amphibian as well as the standard edition have been updated for MSFS 2024 and feature CFD flight model, rain and icing effects, realistic night lighting, carb physics including choke behaviour from ambient and engine temperature, tablet EFB, engine, brake, electrical and other failures, as well as a ballistic rescue system (also known as CAPS) with custom physics. It also has GTN750 (from PMS50 or TDS). Sounds are custom recorded from a real TL-3000.
