The folks at Flight Simulation Association and the team at Flight Sim Expo are gearing up for another exciting year in flight simulation with FlightSimExpo 2027 returning to Las Vegas. Exhibitors are now able to register their intent to be a part of the show and here is the latest information!
Getting set for the expo in 2027
Exhibitors are now able to register their intent to be a part of FlightSimExpo 2027! The show is set to take place at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino and organizers are working away behind the scenes to organize another great show.
This year the organizers say that software is a spotlight reacting to community feedback. Here’s a little about what they have planned.
In response to community feedback, FightSimExpo continues to focus on convincing more software developers to participate. In 2027, select aircraft and scenery developers can unlock a special booth package that includes a custom booth backdrop and a 90-minute livestreamed demo session.
Evan Reiter, one of the key organizers behind FlightSimExpo says:
We’ve noticed that when a real-world pilot sits down to fly their aircraft in the sim, attendees start watching. Our new Software Spotlight Booth formalizes that concept: demo sessions led by real-world pilots will be happening across the show floor.
A new program also offers new opportunities for hardware and software developers to work together with software developers able to demo a product and engage with attendees without having to manage their own space.
If you’re looking to sign-up as a vendor this year, check out the Partner page on the FSExpo website to get you or your organization registered.
