A Merry Christmas and a Happy Holidays to all of my readers out there! Stormbirds is regularly read by people in nearly every country in the world so I wanted to take the opportunity to send positive thoughts and happy celebrations to everyone!
And of course a general happy holidays and best wishes to everyone including a belated Happy Chanukah (November 28th to December 6th), and a Happy Kwanza (December 26th to January 1st). There’s also a Merry Christmas to come for those who celebrate the Eastern Orthodox Christmas. That is happening on January 7th. Many of the developers that I cover here on the blog are going to be celebrating the holidays early in January so I expect updates will slow down for a short while from them as a result. And a well deserved rest to them!
Family celebrations have once again been reduced to the essentials for me this year but I will be taking a few days to rest, recuperate, eat some great food and drink some tasty beers and wines with the people who matter the most to me. I hope everyone gets a chance to take some time to do something similar. Best wishes to all!
