Learning a new module is a complex process and there are many ways to approach it. From jumping in head first to watching tutorials online to using Chuck’s Guides. There are some other ways to do it and here we have a campaign setup by a Mirage F1 fan that helps you jump through the hoops, step by step. Here’s what you need to know.
Fighter Weapons School for the Mirage F1

A member of the DCS Facebook community set out to create a training regime that goes from the basics to the more advanced techniques. At the end of the campaign, you’ll be fully set up to go with the jet. It’s a great idea and we’ve seen something similar with Utopioneer’s Flight School campaigns for IL-2 and Baltic Dragon’s Iron Flag A-10C training campaign.
Fighter Weapons School is focused on weapons delivery and navigation. You’ll need to learn TACAN offset, low-level bombing, toss bombing, pop-up attacks, and more.
There are 16 missions included in this campaign including 10 air-to-ground, 5 air-to-air, and 1-navigation focused exercise. There’s also a 28-page manual that comes along with it.
So, if you want some help with your Mirage F1 training, this might be the way! Check it out on the DCS World User Files section.
Also, the Grim Reapers are back to doing some tutorials, and they did some for the F1. Glad they’re back at it.
