It looks like the iniBuilds T-33 Shooting Star jet trainer project is closing in on a release with a new video and product page detailing all of the new aircraft release’s featureset. This Microsoft Flight Simulator project should be very interesting to check out. Here’s the latest!

In-depth look at the T-33

The folks at iniBuilds have released a 36-minute long video that covers a lot of range around what they plan to do with their in-development T-33 Shooting Star jet trainer project. The video includes a history of the airplane, a walkaround, cockpit overview (with both glass and classic cockpit configurations), take off, flying and landing the airplane, a look at the liveries and more.

No release date is provided but it sounds like the project is nearly ready to go.

A product page has been made available on the iniBuilds website with pricing, set at £19.99 GBP (approximately €23.56 EUR or $26.19 USD), screenshots, and feature overview. Check it out here!

  1. I wish someone would do an F-80 for DCS. And a Korean map as well. Korean war planes such as the MiG-15, F-86 and P-51 D-25/30 I don’t think really has a map where it belongs to. I don’t mean to get too off topic but if they cannot do a Korean War map, then they could perhaps do an Indian-Pakistani map instead, hopefully once they are done with Iraq.

I think your best bet is the new IL-2 Korea. They are playing to their strengths and offering a whole largely complete battle.

DCS does fantastic individual modules but continues to struggle with any sort of cohesive theme. I don’t think they will move away from that model.
