The holiday season sales have started folks! One of the first out of the gate is flight sim hardware maker VIRPIL who have started their Black Friday Sales season on most of their hardware selection. Let’s have a look!

Discounts available

Joystick hardware is expensive but when you can save a few dollars its worth having a look. VIRPIL controls are offering a fairly substantial discount on their hardware during this sale. Here are the details as advertised by the company.

Get up to 33% OFF, and get an extra 5% OFF when you spend €/$/£1000! And for the first time ever Expert Series devices are included!

Not everything is getting the full 33% discount. The WarBRD-D base is at 14% off and the T-50CM3 base is 16% off. The Constellation Alpha grips in left and right configurations are 20% off. Getting the full 33% discount is their Dual-SF Collective Grip for helicopter flyers and their Hawk-60 Collective Grip is at 21% while the Rotor TCS Base is 25%.

Over on the throttles selection you’ll see the CDT-VMAX at 22% off and the MongoosT-50CM3 is 14%. All of the company’s rudder pedals are 20%.

A few items you won’t see discounted is the new (and now shipping) CDT-AEROMAX series.

If you’re interested, check out the VIRPIL storefronts.

The sale will end on December 1 at 23:59 UTC.

  1. Those are nice, but I’m looking at deals on monitors. Not too much so far.

    1. It is early. Most places won’t announce their deals for at least another week. Maybe you’ll see something.

  2. I was saving up for a stick for Tomcat, but they stopped making it in the meantime. I have two products from Virpil and I am very satisfied, too bad.

    1. Ahh that’s sad. It was kind of a unique stick setup?

Are you looking for a new grip or was the Tomcat setup a nice to have?

      1. I have a Hornet’s stick + VPC WarBRD Base and VPC MongoosT-50CM2 Throttle, I wanted to buy a Tomcat stick to increase authenticity.

  3. Too bad Virpil is about triple the cost of Winwing here in Canada by the time you get it…if you get it! Not worth it. Virpil is never in stock anyways. Pity as I’d like to get a collective…but not for $1,000 🤣
