New developer updates from RAZBAM show the final pieces of the DCS: MiG-19P puzzle coming together with new external textures on the MiG-19 appearing on their Facebook page and on their official forum posts for the first time. These are all steps towards the final release of this module for DCS World.
MiG-19 “Farmer” is looking good
RAZBAM is getting close to release and that means that we’re getting a good look at some of the final screenshots of the new external textures using full PBR texture techniques and some gorgeous metallic reflections.
The NATO codenamed MiG-19 “Farmer” was an early Cold War design that drew its design lineage from the earlier MiG-9, MiG-15, and MiG-17 jet fighters. Though externally similar in overall silhouette to the MiG-17, the MiG-19 has its own unique features including two engines instead of one and holds distinction as being the first Soviet interceptor able to achieve Mach speed in level flight (previous aircraft were able to reach that speed only in a dive). Radar, guided missiles, heavy cannon armament and good climb speed round out the MiG-19s capability.
MiG-19 should appear early in the new year
The latest updates from RAZBAM suggest that this module is edging closer to release. The thread on the RAZBAM forum that tracks their remaining todo items are almost entirely marked DONE suggesting that an early 2019 release is extremely likely. That was heightened by a very short update from RAZBAM developer Zeus67:

This bird is nearing completion.
I look forward to release!
