PMDG’s 737-700 is now in the Marketplace

The second aircraft from PMDG’s airliner lineup has emerged on the official Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace. This time it’s the 737-700!

The first of the 737s

Available for quite some time now from PMDG’s website, the first of the 737 models from PMDG are now available inside the official Marketplace in the sim.

Pricing is set at $69.99 USD with local markets picking up converted prices (such as the Canadian pricing in my screenshot below).

For now only the 737-700 model, a short to medium haul version of the ubiquitous Boeing 737 line with slightly less capacity than the -800 is available. PMDG already offer the -800 and -600 on their website but these models have yet to appear in the marketplace. Their eventual inclusion seems likely.

Although the aircraft is now available, it remains a PC exclusive for now. Xbox players not able to fly the high fidelity airliner yet although core updates to MSFS may open the door to that later in the year.

Yeah I’m thinking about a PMDG airliner myself. I might go for the cheaper 737-600 as a start.

      And the Mudhen is coming!

Ugh, PMDG. The shitlord of FS addon content.

Their business model is just like Boeing’s… https://i.imgur.com/kqKulGo.png

They seem to be quite popular despite their pricing. We have seen them drop prices a bit with MSFS but we’ll see how things progress. I’m looking into their stuff to see what the draw is!

There’s some good competition building in the space mind you so that might keep prices a bit lower.
