Third party developer IndiaFoxtEcho provides frequent MSFS updates but somewhat less frequent DCS updates. When they do update, however, I pay close attention as their first aircraft for the sim has become a personal favourite and their plans for the future include some very interesting additions. This update includes a small update on the G.91 and some details on the MB-339.
Updates to the 339, plus G.91 sighting
The core piece of the update is surrounding features that were released this past week in the latest DCS World update. The upgrades include fixed LOD issues with a disappearing cockpit, fixed crash to desktop issues, addition of a new flight director system, improved suspension behaviour and improved coloured smokes. All good updates for the 339 which is a fairly simple yet interesting little jet.
We also have a sighting of the G.91 flying next to the MB-339. It’s looking good but also a little tantalizing because we want to see a bit more!

IndiaFoxtEcho report that the G.91 is being developed actively and that it is progressing. They explain that DCS World efforts take far longer to do with more attention to detail and a more labour intensive coding process. That means that the G.91 is taking a long time to do.
They also say that another update is due soon. Looking forward to it!
