Originally intended for launch together with Sim Update 5, unspecified reasons have delayed the arrival of Aircraft & Avionics Update 4 which includes significant updates for five aircraft updating them from their 2020 roots and bringing them in as native MSFS 2024 aircraft. There’s also a sale that has just kicked off in the Marketplace. Let’s have a look!

Aircraft updated

Five aircraft have been given modest to significant updates for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. A&AU updates target previously released aircraft with significant aircraft and system updates and the latest batch has been particularly highly anticipated.

The five aircraft are:

• Antonov An-2
• ATR 42-600/72-600 (PC/XBOX available now, PS5 coming soon)
• Fokker F.VII
• Latécoère 631
• Savoia-Marchetti S.55/S55x

The Fokker F.VII was released early while the other four have been waiting on the full update. No word on what held up the launch but they have indeed arrived into the Marketplace.

Marketplace sale underway
