Developed with support from Dassault Aviation, JFEXP and real world Rafale pilots, AzurPoly’s latest fighter jet project for Microsoft Flight Simulator is taking shape as the developer announces that the project will release later this summer. In other words, its just weeks away from a release! A new trailer and feature list have just arrived so let’s have a look.

Getting ready for launch

Features include highly detailed model, optimized textures for high performance, simulated tire deformation, custom avionics suite, custom fly-by-wire system with multiple simulated modes, custom autopilot with all modes, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems simulation, and on the list goes.

The sound work comes from Echo19 and custom visual effects include realistic afterburner effect, as well as payload and weapons options with droppable stores.

For PC users with an additional update the aircraft will gain air to air weapons and realistic effects, target tracking, and simulated impact effects. A custom AI traffic generation will also create interactive mission scenarios using the EFB to set them up.

It’s quite an impressive array of features and its likely going to put AzurPoly and their Rafale release in the upper echelons of military aircraft in the civil aviation focused sim.

Check out the features list here and stay tuned for more updates!

      1. Oh I know about the HeatBlur Rafale. What I mean is that AzurPoly could do their own DCS aircraft that is not a Rafale, because they have proven to make exquisite aircraft for simulation, so I would like to see a DCS FF aircraft from them.
