Chuck’s Guides has released his first guide for 2021 and this time its the venerable DCS: UH-1H Iroquois (everyone calls it the “Huey”). Here’s what’s changed.
Improved, lengthier guide
Writing on twitter a few days ago, Chuck let everyone know what was changing in the guide. In short, it’s a total overhaul of the old UH-1H guide which was first written in 2015. The new guide jumps from 95 to 175+ pages and includes better images, procedures and descriptions.
The guide’s arrival is especially well timed as the UH-1H has recently seen a big update in the form of the multi-crew upgrade which now allows other human players to occupy a single UH-1H. This has been a long dream for DCS World and it has arrived.
Here’s what Chuck had to say on Twitter:
Get the guide now
If you’re doing some UH-1H flying right now and either brushing up on the iconic helicopter or learning it for the first time, check out Chuck’s Guide for the DCS: UH-1H. It’s essential reading! If you like the guide, be sure to throw a little support his way over on Chuck’s Guides Patreon page.
The amount of effort he puts into these guides is insane. So thankful he recognizes the need to do much-needed revamps like this for updated and evolving modules!
