I’m really glad that a good chunk of SP was addressed in this update. Some people feel that TF is just focused on hosting MP events and mainly forget about the SP stuff. Good to see that they’ve proved those folks wrong.
I really enjoy the missions with bombers as where I am currently in, I don’t have the time and money to acquire a joystick; I can’t even hook a joystick up to my laptop, unless it’s a simple late 90s-early 2000s one that one of my relatives owns.
Most of the time I’m just the bombardier on a bomber, I set everything up, and then drop the bombs. I mainly do this on the British and Italian bombers as the German bombers are quite weird as it’s guesswork to know how much to lower the bombsight.
There are some times where I have to manually fly the plane with the keyboard, dun, dun, dun… Really don’t like doing that.

Other times I create naval engagements between ships and watch who wins. I used to do that a lot in IL-2 1946 back in the day, but everything was static. Here it’s dynamic. If they go ahead for another module and include the Bismarck, Nelson, and King George V BBs then that will be one of the first things that I’ll do when it’s released.
