The annual winter sale for the IL-2 Sturmovik series has just started and there are great deals on just about everything in this sale. There’s also a special exclusive for Tank Crew early adopters so if you’re one of those you’ll want to read about the offer.

The Winter Sale is on and there are some really good deals available for the IL-2 series at this point. Some of those include some new deals that have not been previously offered so you may want to have a close look at some of the highlights.
First off, Battle of Normandy is on for 25% off. Rare to see a recently released title getting a hefty discount but here we are.
Battle of Kuban is getting the 85% discount treatment for the first time. This is one of the best in the series so I can highly recommend it. If even just for the map!
Flying Circus Vol 1 is 70% off for the first time ever. That might help boost WWI flyers and especially as both Vol 1 and 2 are getting Career mode and have access to the new Western Front map.
Tank Crew Premium edition is 66% off. More on that in a bit.
Nearly all except for the very recently released Collector Planes are also available on sale with some like the Yak-9, Yak-9T, getting 70% off discounts for the first time ever on those. Even the Churchill and StuG III are on sale with a 25% discount. These just released so that is once again a bit of a surprise.

If I have my math right, that means that you can pickup four Collector Vehicles for $17.99 USD which is normally a little less than the price of just one of them. Not too bad if you want to upgrade!
Of course if you’re like me and already bought them, the deal doesn’t offer you much, but that’s the price of early ownership.

Actually, it’s a better deal if you weren’t an early adopter. If you use the discount for early adopters you end up paying $22 for the four collector vehs.
If you never purchased Tank Crew them the difference between the premium version and the basic version is $3.40, so effectively if you waited instead of supporting 1c early on you only pay 1/7th of what our special thank you price is.
