Just Flight’s trio of PA28 aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator are getting substantial updates including Xbox support. Let’s have a look at what’s new!
The Piper trio get an update
Just Flight have just made an announcement about their PA-28R Arrow III, PA-28R Turbo Arrow III/IV and PA-28-161 Warrior II add-ons for Microsoft Flight Simulator. All three of these packages are getting an update, the biggest one in a considerable amount of time, that adds features, tweaks others, and tunes the aircraft for the latest sim update.
Some of the new features include TDS GTNXi models/textures added, compatibility with the latest versions of the Working Title GNS, PMS-50 GTN and TDS GTNXi, dynamic baggage, smoother pushbutton animations, and new throttle quadrant control icons.
There’s new functionality with the EFB as well with up/down rotation clickspots added to the bezel, the ability to import a SimBrief flight and view a summary, a new map view, NaviGraph chart views, and an interactive checklist on top of the already supported MSFS checklist.
Xbox compatibility has also been added for all three when sold through the MSFS marketplace opening up the aircraft to a new range of customers.
