The other six aircraft will be released over the course of the early access period which is expected to end sometime late this year or perhaps early next year.
Volume 3 includes access to the Western Front map which is expected to gain additional details over the course of the development period.
The regular price is $79.99 USD with an early access discount dropping the price to $59.99 USD.
Other updates in 5.105
Although this update is largely a celebration of the launch of Flying Circus Vol 3, there are some other updates packaged here that may interest WWII flyers. Photo recon missions for the Ar234 have been added to the Bodenplatte campaign for the Sonderkommando Sperling group. Martin =ICDP= Catney has also contributed updated external textures for the Fw190A-3, A-5, A-6 and A-8 as well as some paint scheme corrections for the Spitfire Mark IXe, P-47D-22, and D-28.
Sky Nomads has been updated and the difficult first mission has been tuned slightly. Spanish and French translations have also been added.
The updated ShVAK cannon sounds have been reverted to the older sounds. This apparently by popular demand. New sounds will apparently be reworked to fit the “overall acoustic concept” according to the patch notes.
The next update is already underway and is apparently set to bring us the Li-2 and possibly other new announced aircraft – the specifics which remain vague. The WACO CG-4A, La-5 Series 38 and IAR 80/81 have all been in the works and are expected this year.
