Microsoft Flight Simulator’s airliner list is about to grow by one more next week when Just Flight release their Fokker F28. This late 1960-era airliner adds a historical flair to the airliner mix let’s have a look at the details revealed today and do a round-up of some preview content!

Ready yourself for the Fellowship!

Just Flight have announced today that this project is set to go and is expected to launch next Wednesday (July 12th) if all go well. They did leave a little wiggle room in-case of delay.

Fokker’s F28 Fellowship was a moderately successful airliner introduced in 1967. Production lasted two decades before it was replaced on the production line by the more modern Fokker F70 and F100 – those are also coming, by the way, from Just Flight at a later date.

Just Flight appear to have leaned into that historical airliner feel with a variety of period accurate liveries and an airplane that is less factory fresh and more worn.

Four variants, the Mk 1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000 are all coming in the release package which, Just Flight report on their Facebook page, will be £52.49 or €64.95 or $69.99 USD depending on your currency. Xbox support is planned but won’t be happening on Day 1.
